Shipping Policy

The following policy applies to shipping for purchased from MARKETX.

Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take between 2-7 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Delivery:

The following shipping methods are available as per Location: Standard Ground (3 – 5 business days), Second Day (2 business days), Next Day (1 business day) and Same Day (same day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method except Same Day. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day, Next Day or Same Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Freight Deliveries

Some shipments will be so large that they need to be delivered by large truck/freight delivery. These orders will require a delivery appointment, and the trucking company will reach out to you directly by phone to schedule one. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of these larger orders.

What is the "Oversized Shipping" charge?

For some items shipping an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. The incremental charge is charged for total quantity ordered. Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and throughout checkout.

Shipping Promotion Exclusions

The following items are excluded from shipping promotions: oversized shipping charges, gift cards, custom invitations, custom canvas, photo center purchases and items with such description on product page. Shipping promotions cannot be applied to same-day delivery orders.

Signature Confirmation

Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.
